Anyone (over 18). Express 24 hr Fitness Studio gives you the option to belong to Express Only, or add access to your LifeTime membership. If you're looking for a low budget fitness option and like the idea that you can come anytime, Express is it. If you're a LifeTime member and you need just a little more flexibility in the hours you can work out, Express is it.

What is the cost?

Express Only membership - $19.95/month

Express Only membership - $180/annually ($15/mo)

Express Add On to LifeTime - $5/month
