Express gives members of LifeTime the opportunity to be fit 24 hrs a day, every day of the year. The Rules and Security Policies of Express were designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable fitness and social experience for all our members.  All areas of Express are monitored by motion detected video surveillance, inside and out, 24 hours a day.  With your membership you will receive a unique keytag to grant you access inside the facility.

Membership

Memberships include access to the facility 24 hrs a day, every day of the year including holidays.  No contracts.  We currently have treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes and stair climbers with personal viewing televisions.  Express also has a complete line of circuit strength machines and a large free weight area with dumbbells, benches, cables, racks and plate loaded equipment.  The facility boasts of a spectacular view of east Casper and Casper Mountain.  Our lounge gives you the option to sit back and enjoy the views or the paper while treating yourself to our fully stocked hydration, energy and meal replacement center.  Complimentary towels, soaps and sanitizers are all provided at no extra cost.
