Zumba

Zumba® is now at LifeTime! The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!w strength or cardio equipment, this is the class for you.
Mondays & Wednesdays - 8am to 9am starting in May 5th.

Redhot Yoga with Nikki has been so popular we had to add class times. Anyone is welcome to try out this new class, beginners and advanced yogi's are welcome. It is hot, and you will sweat, so be sure to drink some water before and after class. We now have Yogitoes Towels in our pro shop, check them out if you're serious about yoga. Information on our heating system and all the benefits of infrared light can be found on the bulletin boards. Be sure to let us know what you think!
