The story of LifeTime Health & Fitness began in the early 90’s. Casper locals, Jerry & Marcia Davis had the vision of providing a classy and fun, yet affordable full service health facility in Casper, WY. After years of research and preparation, LifeTime was born on June 1, 1997...

LifeTime Health & Fitness first opened its doors in 1997 in the Eastridge Mall. We started as a small sales office preparing for the grand opening of our 38,000 sq ft facility in the spring of 1998. During our time in the mall, LifeTime grew tremendously, enough to move into a larger space and offer cardio, weights and massage to our members. Phase I of LifeTime was completed and opened on May 1, 1998. A few years later in 2000 we opened up our pool facility which features 2 pools, a lap pool and a warm water pool. Phase II was constructed and opened in July of 2004. It added another 55,000 sq ft of fitness space which included racquetball, basketball, a running track, a golf center, and much more fitness space. Since that day, LifeTime has grown into one of the premier health clubs in the United States and continues to strive to be the best. 

Our philosophy has always been to give our members the best chance to succeed in fulfilling their goals.  We take pride in having the best equipment and cleanest facility in town.  Over the years LifeTime has hired and trained an incredible staff dedicated to giving our members professional and positive customer service.  We have attracted the most qualified trainers, nutritionists and instructors in town giving our members the highest quality instruction and training possible. 

LifeTime is managed by Jeremy Davis and his wife Leah Davis.  They were both born and raised in Casper and each ventured outside the state to earn a college degree.  They are both avid fitness students utilizing all parts of LifeTime's facility trying to always find ways to make the club a better overall experience for everyone.

The future is bright at LifeTime and in the LifeTime community with tons of cool changes and additions in the works.  We'll never quit growing and changing to make our members' experiences great.  Stay tuned, you won't want to miss what's coming next...
